March is the month to celebrate reading with Read Across America, while the “official” event is March 2nd, that honors Dr. Seuss's birthday by getting kids excited about reading, Mrs. P is going to celebrate all month long. Read Across America and its roots date back to March 2, 1998 when the The National Education Association launched what is now a national event. http://www.nea.org/readacross
In honor of this special day, Mrs. P will be reading with Everybody Wins in Los Angeles. http://www.everybodywinsla.org/ In her role as honorary board member at Everybody Wins, she will read to 300 students at the Walt Disney Elementary School in Burbank, CA.

You can find them in the iTunes Kids TV Store under "Mrs. P Presents" and selecting "Pretty Princess and Funky Frog/Spattered Mud and Crushed Petals." The stories will be available March 2, 2010 on iTunes and March 15th at MrsP.com under the blue ribbon by her chair in the Magic Library - where all her stories are always free. She's created a fun you-tube video to honor the contest winners!
To continue the joy of reading aloud, on March 12th Mrs. P reads at Leo Politi Elementary in Los Angeles to 250 students again with Everybody Wins, L.A.
